I am setting up a drupal site and am attempting to get cron jobs set up so i can use the search module. I changed cron-curl and cron-lynx files and then navigated to the www.example.com/cron.php location in my browser. I didnt receive any errors and the page loaded fully but appeared to be blank (just a white browser screen). The only content currently on the site is a few images and upto 10 book pages or news stories.
I'm now customising Drupal while it's running on a local webserver. I'd like to know if it's possible that I upload the whole system, but without the content. With content I mean pages, (test) users, stories, etc... Practically everything but the configuration of the site.
I was wondering if there was a way in drupal to add smooth and slow opening of div that are closed (hidden)? Like, in the admin/settings screen. Something similar to the slow smooth transitions over at slashdot.
Please forgive me -- I'm new to Drupal and still on a learning curve, so if I haven't included all the information here needed to troubleshoot, please let me know what's missing and I'll do my best to include it.
I've just installed CCK and am trying to configure it to work with my data. Much of my data consists of multiple paragraphs. Ideally, I'd like a large field to paste the data into (much like the body text of a forum post), but I can't figure out how to edit the format of the input pages for my new node type.
