Post installation

Hi all,

i do have a question regarding the profile module.

i want to have certain profile fields which the user cannot change. All other fields, the user should still be able to change.That means, when he registers, he can enter a value once. But i do not want that the user is able to change this field afterwards. This field shouldn't even been visible for him (only for administrator). I tried it with both, private and hidden fields, but none of them is doing what i want.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

I have an issue, don't know if this is a workspace bug or something I did wrong... yes, I'm using workspace module to view all nodes I created, even if it is not published... when I create a new article, and I do not publish it yet, so I can see it in my workspace.

But if I try to view this article I cannot access the page, I have an access forbidden message.
To let the user accessing its own not published articles I have to allow him "administer nodes" but I don't like that :)

What can I do ?

can anyone tell me how to import the taxonomy terms from a remote site from which i subscribe to content onto my site
i am using drupal 4.6.8 and publish and subscribe modules and am using tagadelic on the subscriber site to create tag cloud of the taxonomy terms which will be the same as the ones given on the publishers side

any help will be appreciated

I don't know if it's a drupal problem or a webhost problem, I think it's Drupal or maybe I've just gone crazy.

I cannot use the word 'mother' in the body of a new Drupal page. I get a 404 forbidden error when I try to submit the page. I'm not joking, although it seems kinda funny.

I've just installed a 4.7.2 version of drupal to test the book import/export features to see if upgrading my 4.6 site is worth its cost.
