Post installation

I've posted about this some time back, but no one had any viable solution - and now I really need this badly. I'm looking for a hack to content type configuration, or an include file to the flexinode module, that would let the administrator set an unpublish or (preferably) a deletion time for any nodetype

Is this normal, or did I screw up inserting the module?

I can see YShout on menu, but it disappears when I enter menu editor. It is also not visible under editor.

I have a listserve tie to a forum via the command section in the mailhandler module. The problem is when a forum topic is submitted via email, and comments are submitted via email, The comments are being created as new topics as opposed to comments. You can see an example of the problem here

I have events that have been created using Flexinode and are classified using categories. I've got a list of upcoming events on the home page and those cover all of the categories. When a user clicks on the event, they will see the details of that event. On the same page as the details, I would like to display a navigation menu that will allow users to click on other categories for events and go to a summary page of the events for that category.
