I've used the CCK module to create a few content types. During creation of the content types CCK offered to insert field that were already built. When appropiate I used this feature, it's a great time saver. But later when I went to create content of that type the system created the content but I got these user warnings. Did I do something wrong? need to do another step? Can I get rid of the warnings without duplicating the fields?
I am trying to understand the OG Public checkbox when configuring a post. I have several groups, and I also have the "public" checkbox. When I check the public checkbox, everything appears "public" and all is well.
What is a post's status if none of the checkboxes are checked? In this case it seems that only the creator user can see that post?
Is there any default "must include something checked" for the audience checkboxes?
I know you can specify a checkbox for public when configuring OG. The listing are:
Okay I created a CRON job, was running it through the cpanel for my site and all I get are error messages. The site support helped me by erasing the script I was using and creating one that runs the cron.php page. Now I am throughly confused. I read through the handbook pages on CRON jobs and it did not clear up the confusion.
Here's my question: The script for the job I want to do, am I supposed to put it inside the cron.php page?
Somebody give me a straight answer on this please!
This, at its surface, seems like a really dumb question: How do I change the wording of "create content" to something with less characters, like "write".
I've tried doing it via the Admin>Menus, but when I do that, it's no longer a modal menu item that only pops up when someone with privaleges gets it. Instead, it stays up permanently. That's not the functionality I want. Is it possible to change the wording? Or am I stuck with "create content"
When I configure navigation block in admin/blocks to display alternatively in the sidebar for one theme, and in the content for another, the result is that the block displays the same for both themes. This happens regardless of which pair of themes I select. I re-loaded pages and cleared cache when testing. Any ideas?
