You know how in drupal 7, you can put blocks in several regions: header, left, right, CONTENT, and footer.
When you put blocks in the "CONTENT" regioin, it puts it under the general content of the page, and makes it as wide as the page. In addition, if you put 2 blocks in that region, instead of putting them side by side, it puts one under the other.
Is there any way to:
A. control the size of the blocks in a specific region
I just installed the banner module, added the tables to the SQL database, got the permissions right on uploaded files, but when I go to administer the banner module, it just pops an entirely blank page--my entire site disappears.
I have a question regarding creating custom content types. I have gotten a response regarding 3 out of the 4 questions, so I am posting the unanswered question by itself.
Is there a way I can allow picture upload, but with specifications per each custom content type? I would also need to verify image(s) prior to them going on the site and would need to (as site admin) be able to alter/remove picture if needed WITHOUT removing the rest of content.
How can I make my website to permanently remember logged in users?
If they visit my site again in a week's time, they must be logged on automatically.
(assuming they haven't deleted their cookies)
there is a section called: ""Post authoring form settings"
"The menu module allows on-the-fly creation of menu links in the post authoring forms. The following option limits the menus in which a new link may be added. For e.g. this can be used to force new menu items to be created in the Primary links menu or to hide admin menu items. "
Sorry if im being ignorant, but Can anyone explain what is the meaning of a "post authoring form"?
