Hi there!
I wanted to know how can I configure the advanced search to:
- Restrict the serch capabilities for certain categories ONLY, and certain content types ONLY, determined by the administrator.
- The admin still being able to search the whole site...
- Theme the serach form?
I am using a install of drupal for a type of "myspace" clone for just my good friends and was wondering if there are any modules that would act like a type of "friends" thing so you could have a list of your friends on that page. Also, is there a module or an easy way to make a comments box on your profile page so you could leave comments to this person.
Can anyone explain how this method=private download feature works? I have a bug I'm trying to fix (http://drupal.org/node/71434). I don't even know how to start.
I made a mistake when I created my site, and added lots of content with my original user account (user 1). I will need to rename that account to something like "admin" and create a regular user account (jp) for me. How can I fix it so that all my existing content is assigned to "jp" instead of "admin" so people know who to blame? :-)
ok installed the ecommerce module set and it's fantastic! except for 2 things:
1: the "inventory management"..Uh I don't see where the quantity actually is. Is it only for the admin? Meaning, can customers see how many products are in stock? I don't mind a hidden quantity but it would kind of help if a customer tries to order 12 but then sees that there are only 3 in stock.
2: How do I remove the authoring info for the product? I really don't think customers care if something was "Published by Anonymous"....
