Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

Image_import module settings question

just wondering if anyone is useing this module with 4.7 and what your file path settings look like on your admin/settings/image_import pages.

I have created the directories, tried multiple versions of the file path (ie files/image_import, public_html/files/image_import, /files/image_import, etc), and I've tried CHMOD settings of 775 and 777 on those directories.

But I'm still unable to set file path settings for this module and keep getting the following errors:

tinymce database file?

I deleted my tinymce database structure and I thought installing CVS would fix it but it didnt. How can I get them back??
PS- losing faith in Drupal - Joomla is so much easier and has an installation module where ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IT UPLOAD THE ZIP!!!!!

Making content undeletalbe

Is it possible to make some data undeleteable?

I have a client who would like to make the first account - which he is calling "superadmin" - undeleteable. So, the team of admins will be able to add and delete users, moderate content and so on, but that one account won't be deleteable (presumably, except by itself).

I'm guessing this can't be done via permissions, etc. but is it possible with some mysql magic?

Editing head content

I need to edit head content of my html pages, not just for metatags but for css and javascript. How do I do that?

anonymous users getting 403 instead of 404

my installation seems to be wonky in that anonymous users are getting a permission denyed when it should be returning a file not found error. authenticated users are getting the correct error responses. i've checked all my permissions, and all taxonomy access permissions as well. any idea what might be causing this?

Changing install from subdir to root dir

When I'm ready to go live and replace my existing site, will I be able to change my drupal location by moving everything from the subdir to the root and editing $base_url in settings.php?
