OK. I'm a bit frustrated, so please forgive any negative tone. I mean no disrespect, and seek only help.
I am having a lot of trouble administrating and adding content to my Drupal powered site, http://feebdack.com
As was suggested on this site, I created the initial admin user, whom I'll call RootAdmin, then immediately registered a second user, rabidrobot. RootAdmin has given all access it can to rabidrobot via the roles.
But my site can't seem to keep track of who is logged in. I can log in as RootAdmin, and get returned to the anonymous user front page. I can log in as rabidrobot, and it'll load a page saying RootAdmin is logged in. I can delete both cookies and log in and out as one user, to be returned to a page logged in as the other. What the hell is going on? (I turned off caching but problem persists)
When I do get logged in, I get wildly different options when I try to create content. RootAdmin gets the FIlemanager options, but rabidrobot does not. I was able to get TinyMCE to show up for rabidrobot, but can't seem to set it up so the actual RootAdmin has those options. And whether TinyMCE sees my styles is a crapshoot.
And what gives with "Drupal-powered sites"? I have the option turned off, because every site I saw that message on and tried it, it did not work. Now I see they probably had it turned off too, but there is a message that I apparently have to edit the core to remove that shows to every new user (all three of them in my case).
