I'm creating a node using the module CCK to define the content type. I have full html on, but all of my tags are showing up in the preview and actual view as tags... not as the formatting they're intended to be.
I hope someone can help me with some questions regarding "local" authentication.....
lets asume i just finished a clean install of drupal and i decide i want to authenticate users via radius/ldap/othe DB/ etc etc etc.
if i have a working authentication method. how does drupal handle user creation??
for instance, in the example of a clean install..... i just finished the clean install and immediately configure the authentication method to something else.
I´m trying to have my site associate new users to a certain role, depending on their own choice at the registration form. For example, using profile module, create the "student" and "client" type of user (an optionbutton) but make that user decision trigger if it will have the student role (and all it´s permissions) or the client role.
For testing purposes, I am running Firefox, IE, and Opera 9; each logged in with a different user so I can play with access control. I am using the web server_auth module and it is working fine on both IE and Firefox (IE routes directly to the site, Firefox asks for credentials), but Opera asks for credentials each time a different link on the site is clicked. Any one else experience this with Opera?? Is this an Opera bug, or is it a security 'feature' that I can't seem to find in Opera's config settings??
Thanks
So I happened upon the website for Nucleus CMS (nucleuscms.org) and stumbled onto a feature that I am now looking for in Drupal.
Drafts and Future Posts
In a hurry? Need some more thinking? Mark an item as draft and continue working on it later. Or would you like an item to only appear starting from a certain date? Mark it as a future item.
I'm mainly looking for the Future Posts functionality. Anything (other that overkill systems like ePublish and eJournal) that are able to do this?
