Post installation

Is there a way, like Drupal.org, to have a static page per category term?

i.e. I have a term: Root >Sales > Procedures
If you click on Sales>Procedures on the link list it brings you to a static page where I have entered some HTML and a table of links to other pages under the Procedures term.

Is this possible?

I was just about to post this as an open question here, when I accidentally discovered the answer. I thought I would post in anyhow, in case anyone else ever has this issue.

I'm a new Drupal user converting my site to Drupal. Everything was going swimmingly, and I was posting all my old content as stories, when I ran accross a problem.

I am new to Drupal. I have figured out everything except for on simple thing. Every time I create a page or story I get a linked title. How do I create a page without a linked title. I want to have a Welcome title on my homepage with a long description but i do not want "Welcome" to be linked to any other page. How do I do this. Thank you

I know this has been has been discussed many times. I am trying to switch from a different CMS to Drupal because of the poor content translation that is possible. But I am seeing the same here with Drupal, or am I missing something obvious.
Here is what I need done. single site seemless multi language.

Hello everybody!!

I have a problem: when i attach a file, drupal do it perfect. But after attaching the file, if i click this file in the page where i have attached it, the server tells me that there is an internal error. Can anyone tell me why happends it? Could it be a problem with any permission?
