Post installation

Has anyone else had problems implimenting Contemplate.module to create teasers for CCK? I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong here. The module is installed properly. I've created the templates. But when I look on my front page, or a taxonomy page which should display the teaser, I'm still getting the entire node. Can someone please help?

I'm trying to achieve a section overview page, like this:

I wish to put the following html in a block (external js resource) but everytime I try to submit it I get a 403 error. If I take out the script tag it submits OK.

Ive looked long and hard but can't seem to find a snippet. Basically what i'm after is a block that can be used in members blogs that have links to 10 or so (definale) of their other blog posts. This will be blogcentric, i.e. it relates to the user of the blog displayed.

Other ideas for the block is to expand it to other node types. So it could, for example, display this members last 10 forum posts or a mixture (if needed) but that could possibly come later.

Anyone any ideas ?

Hello everybody,
This is my first time working with Drupal... and I am trying to complete a project using it. I already have a working installation of drupal with content, now I want to set up users and put those users in "groups" and then control what the "groups" can see and do.

If you have any helpful hints or maybe a How-to that would be great! I have googled around a bit and can’t find anything that really explains what I want it to do.

Can anyone suggest a simple method of rotating banners for 4.7?
I'm having real difficulty with the banners module which is not yet fully released. I just need to get some banners going.
