When setting up sitemaps with google they ask you to verify your ownership by either uploading an HTML page with an obscure title or by placing an obscure string in your sites meta data. I tried to upload the HTML file but Google said that my site sends out a status of 200 (found) on 404 (not found) pages so it can't be verified that way. And I'm lost as to how to use the meta data. Any ideas?
I'm currently using CCK to allow my members to submit reviews of CDs. Is there a way I can give these a category, like the taxonomy thing so on the homepage it will display what category it is in?
Also, can I have a page that displays "most recent reviews" or something similar?
I currently am running a phpBB forum which uses the phpBB module to connect with drupal to allow users to login to drupal and the forums with the same username.
I'm interested in making the forums for niftycorners look more like the drupal forums. How can I go about doing this.
Also, I don't like the posting style that is used for drupal forums. I like all posts being in a row, not like it is now where users can comment/post on a specific comment/post and it shows up under the one they're talking about. Any chance to make it more phpBB like in that sense?
We're running CivicSpace on a few sites, which is still on 4.6 code.
We're having trouble with the blog items showing up backwards-- but only if you view the site in Firefox.
I'd had someone report this error on another site, and was unable to recreate it on my computer using Firefox. But I just visited another one of our sites and sure enough it's doing it too.
It's odd, because not everyone sees it this way, and it works perfectly fine in IE.
Trying to clean out thousands of comment spams, most of which are on images even though I had comments turned off for images, somehow they got through with a script. At least I know there are no legitimate comments on image nodes, so wiping out all comments for image nodes (only) would save me a lot of work.
Is there a single SQL query that could pull this off?
I currently have the Aggregator module enabled, made one category which contains feeds from 4-5 sites. I enabled the block, and had no problem setting how many headlines to display in the block; however, at the bottom there is a "more" link which leads to the feed category page, is there any way to remove the "more" link? Also, can I customize how contents are displayed in the category page (like only dusplaying headlines instead of full content or teaser, and the number of feeds on a page)?
