Post installation

Ok, so I installed drupal just fine. I initiated the profile module (also tried that myspace profile module which ive since removed) but no profile listing comes up for admin or users. I've also set access parameters for authenticated users to access user profiles... where are profiles, how do users edit their profiles and how do anonymous/guest users look at profiles?

I have created a new CCK content type. I want to do a mass load of content.

ALso I want users to have ability to mass load content, either by excel sheet or in flat file... is this import possible.

Is any of above possible or attempted.

Been trying to find out where this HTML gets generated. Like the standard login info. Just trying to get rid of all those divs and stuff, hopefully making it easier to edit. Is it in user.module or something? Cause I had a look through that quickly and didn't find anything.
