Post installation

How can i create a block (with a menu) so it appears only for the visitors that aren't logged in to the site? Something like the login block, but i can't find how to do the same but with another block.
I want to provide a menu for the anonymous visitor but that menu musn't appear when someone is logged in...

I've designed a nice and simple HTML newsletter to use with Simplenews. Whenever I sent out the newsletter it puts the "Title" on top of it, which is really annoying because it destroys the idea of creating your own HTML newsletter.

Is there a way I can get rid of the title in the newsletter? So that all it sends off is the code i put in?!

Where is the setting in the database that tells Drupal whether a module is enabled or not? Is there a way to turn a module back on if I can't get the modules screen to load?

i install drupal forum module + taxonomy_access module,
and I dont want to use vB or other forum in connection with drupal.

with drupal forum i miss few things:

when a registered user posts
his post goes to -> approval queue

users from another group can allow/accept this post to forum!
and where they do that? ( in vBulletin they do via mod cp )

I dont see this option in drupal default forum,
is there any module to support this?

Is there any private message system for drupal?

I want to launch a network of websites using only one centralized login system.

I'd prefer not to make users type @website after their usernames.

How hard would this be to do with Drupal.module? Any idea what this would involve?

I am trying out the imagecache module and just seem to be lost. I installed the module, activated it, go to Admin -> Imagecache.

Create a new Namesapce
Create a new action - Scale - 150x150
Update Action
Update Preset

So far nothing is created in the "files" directory...

Anyway, add to node.tpl.php the following:

print theme('imagecache', 'testing', $node->$field_article_thumbnail[0]['filepath'])

and update the files/.htaccess with required mods.....
