Post installation

Is it possible to implement a
1) Single sign on for hosted gmail and drupal (I have a google for your domain address for gmail)
2)display the number of unread e-mails for the user in a block on the site
3) integrate google talk messenger as a block on the site like gmail does
4) privatemessge module to integrate with this implementation

I am looking for a weather module for my site and noticed there was a similar module in cvs version. It seems the module has not had any development on it for a long time. can anyone please confirm if it works for drupal 4.7.3 or is there any other alternate way i can have weather information displayed on m site.

It seems that nearly every link generated in Drupal loads the page over the existing one. Where should I be looking to change the code to force outside links to open in a new window or tab? What I am trying to achieve is that a link to another page on the site would stay in one window but links to external sites would force a new window.

I wish to know how I can automate the post in the forums by grabbing some data from specific links. I think it must be similar to the data mining. I wish to know how can I automate it.

I mean I dont mind paying someone who can do it. But I wish to get it done. What you guys say?
Can anyone help me in getting some ideas or may be doing it at a nominal rate?

I want a mulitlanguage site (so I've installed the modules i18n, i18nblocks, i18nmenu and
translation) This works fine.

Now, I want a mainnavigation (always visible) and subnavigationitems (only visible when
mainnavigation is selected)

But I have no idea wich module is the best for this. I want for each subnavigationitem
a translation in the specific language and I like to see all the items (articles) with a
more to read link.

I have two domain names and i want to use multisites
my1domain.com
my2domain.com

i have drupal installed on "my1domain.com"

I set config multisite in my1domain.com

my1domain.com/sites/default/settings.php
my1domain.com/sites/my2domain.com/settings.php

In apache httpd.conf

for my1domain.com
