Post installation

I have taxonomy setup for "Groups' which i have a list of 15 types of groups someone could create. On the groups homepage i have a filter to choose a type of group. But with 15 choices and possibly only 5 being used, leaves the user kind of upset if they try and choose a type of group, to find out there is no content for that group.

Is there a way that the filter will only include active groups? I have been trying to look in the views module where i setup the filter with no luck.

I have the current drupal and the gallery2 module working together and overall I'm very impressed.

In FireFox everything is fine.

In IE all the comment tables that are NEW comments, their boxes have slightly gone into the column on the right.

Even in IE things is ok when the comments are not NEW, but when they are NEW the table is bleeding into the right column.

Anyone knows how to remedy this problem?

I made my own Input format (named it MyFormat) and made it default so I didn’t have to choose it every time I wrote a page/story.

But when I make it default the users can see the MyFormat I made along with the Filtered Html, and are able to choose between.

How can I stop all from seeing MyFormat while still having it on default?

I set my default timezone to:

Enabled (this what i want it to be)

Short date format: says this:
Oct 7 2006 - 12:39pm

Why is the short date not correct? When i post something the date is wrong, i want it to be Oct 6 - 5:28pm. There is no info in the sites/settings folder that i have designated, is there another sitewide timezone setting?

When performing a search on my 4.7.3 site, comments are not included in the results. Are comments supposed to be searchable?
if not, is there a module for comment-searching?
