Post installation

When I do something like edit a user, a message box is displayed which reads, 'The changes have been saved.' However, when I move from page to page the message does not disappear. I suspect perhaps it is due to a missing Apache module. Any ideas? Thanks.

When I click Admin-settings-image settings, I get the following error:

What does this mean?

How do you upload an image with img-assist? When I click the image button, it opens a box with an "upload button". When i click it, I get this: http://icenrye.com/upload.jpg
How do i get to an image on my desktop?

Background:

I just installed my first Drupal CMS a few days ago, and everything seemed copasetic...until I deleted a user. And then I began encountering the following error:

"Fatal error: Duplicate entry '[session id]' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO sessions (sid, uid, hostname, timestamp) VALUES ('[session id]', 0, '[ip address]', [time stamp]) in /home/sites/drupal/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 66"

Could someone please let me know how to change the background color of the textarea on a TinyMCE field? I believe that it defaults to transparent, I want to set it to white (#FFFFFF).

My TinyMCE is set up to use the CSS of the theme - which I want, so that users can see what the text will look like once it goes live. However, because I've set the background color of my body element to #999, all my TinyMCE text areas are showing up with this same background color.

I've tried just adding the CSS below to the end of my theme's style.css, but it doesn't work.

I'm running 4.7.2

I recently installed Banner .. I've been happily using Pathauto for a long time and love the descriptive URL's that are generated. Unfortunately when I installed Banner the Pathauto-generated URL's stopped being generated.
