Post installation

Thanks a zillion to the drupal team for this WONDERFUL software.

Can some one please guide me how I can do these settings :

1) Allowing not more than 100 ( or 200 ) comments per post, that is
say after 100 or 200 posts the post gets locked.

2) Allowing an user to upload not more than 2 or 3 attachments, that is
disabling her or him to have unlimited attachments per post
( although I know how to limit the total quota, I will like to have no more than
two or three attachments per post )

I am using nice menus, and have a problem:

I want something like this:

when I click/mouse over the main link eg. home page, I would like a sub-menu like this

|home|
add article|recent articles|browse by

on story page

|story|
add story|top stories|recent stories

Pictures|
|add picture|recent pictures|random pictures|

In WordPress, I saw this Flash Audio Player http://1pixelout.net/code/audio-player-wordpress-plugin/ it is really nice and I need it very much for my drupal web. Also, I saw few drupal websites are using it. Wonder if there is any module or way to make that player work?

I am trying to do the following.... Send a monthly newsletter every month

1. In this newsletter I want to send teasers of all nodes either submitted in last 30 days. Is this possible. Couldnt figure out a way

2. Send all nodes that are in a particular workflow state. I amanged to create a view but when i insert view in the newsletter i see it in the node but not in the actual email. what gives

Basically I am looking for help around newsletters. is there a way to schedule them???. I dint see any hooks exposed in scheduler module.

I want to switch on anon comments on my drupal powered blog but everytime I do I get a heap (and I mean hundreds) of spam comments waiting in the approval queue - is there anyway to force an anonymous comments poster to enter list of charactures etc to ensure they are humann and not some spam bot !

I'm feeling especially stupid tonight. Why (oh why!) can't I get my text to wrap around my avatars? I need help.

Here's my node.tpl.php file, and I think (?) it's ok, so does anyone know if I need to alter any other files to make this work? I'm using gespaa theme, see below.
