Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

Having the BBCode Formatting Bar available for people wanting to comment.

I see the BBCode Formatting Bar (a.k.a. bbcode_wysiwyg) when I'm creating a NEW blog entry, forum entry, etc.
But when people are viewing a pre-existing entry they don't see the BBCode Formatting Bar.
Regarding where the comment box is displayed, it doesn't seem to mater if I use the option "Display on separate page" or "Display below post or comments", it doesn't show up.

Is there a way to make the BBCode Formatting Bar show up for people wanting to enter a comment.

New Users created over old ones

I've just noticed a strange problem with the creation of new user accounts.

Every time I create a new account it gives it the same uid as a pre-existing account. As a result, the account isn't really created - it just amends the previous account.

The only module that I can imagine causing this is persistent login. I'll try disabling that and report back.

Got TinyMCE installed and working fine for new topics, but doesn't appear for replies?

Got TinyMCE installed and working fine for new topics, but doesn't appear for replies? How do I get the editor to also work for users replying to topics...?

Multiple Subdomains and Shared Tables

I've managed to get multiple sites functioning with two subdomains, and each recognizes it's own config, themes and modules folders, etc. So far, so good.

My question...

I have two sites who I want to share ALL data, EXCEPT some very specific settings. I want each site to be able to specify which blocks are visible (and where) and which modules are enabled. I know I can move modules into the Sites folder, but some of the modules I want to disable are core, so I'm hesitant to move them out completely.

5.0 won't hide StatCounter code in footer?

Since upgrading to the 5.x series I've noticed that my previously hidden StatCounter code is now exposed in the footer. It appears the footer field is filtering out the HTML comment tags and displaying the contents of script tags. Any way around this aside from sticking it in the code somewhere? I like having it in the database so it survives upgrades...

BBCode in Drupal 4.7.X

I've installed the BBCode Formatting Bar Module (a.k.a. bbcode_wysiwyg) and with a bit of twaeking I have it so that it works. It works in the sense that it places the BBCode tags in the body of the post. The problem is that it only shows the tags and doesn't actually do what it's supposed to. See here: http://www.tyrannozaurus.com/?q=node/117
Do I need to create a special "Input Format" or something?
Thanks in advance.
