Hello,
I just installed Drupal 5.0 on my web site, and I just really don't know if it is right for my web site. Since I couldn't figure out how to add static content to Drupal, and fix the Navigation Bar, I just took it off.
I need to figure out if Drupal is the right CMS for my web site. My web site: http://www.sleddoggin.com is one of the largest dog sledding communities on the internet, and we have message boards, newsletter, articles, stories, photo gallery, encyclopedia, weather, sled dog news, musher interviews, product reviews, advertising, links directory, and much more. This requires that I have a lot of static content on my web site.
Example: For the Encyclopedia of Mushing I have a page that links to every page of the encyclopedia. Each letter of the alphabet has it's own seperate page in the encyclopedia. This seems like it would be hard to do with Drupal.
Example: The musher interviews? What about those? Those are static as well. If you could, please check out the navigation of my site. Basically if you go to let's say, Knowledge Center, it will then lead you to Sled Dog News, Articles and Stories, Photo Gallery, Weather, and Product Reviews. If you were to open up Mushers Lodge, it takes you to the message forum, newsletter, musher interviews, etc...
