hi there i'm new and can't solve my problem, i make a big confusion between vocabulary and menus

i have to make a multilingual image gallery, but only title of gallery navigation have to be translated:

ENGLISH
--------------------------------------------------------------------
image gals
-- B & W
---- Napoli (here are images no translation)
---- Cardiff (here are images no translation)
-- Colour
---- MAxxi (here are images no translation)

Hi, I'm putting together a Drupal site and need to be able to set a banner style image for each of my primary links. What I want to achive is that if a visitor browses and page under the About Us primary link they see the About Us banner. If they browse any pages under the Events primary link they see the events banner. I realise I could do this within the template but it would be nice to be administerable. Are there any modules to do this?

I am new user of Drupal 5.0

In my first plunges, I set up my site to off-line, so that people see "site under mantainance" while I'm setting it up. The thing is that now that it's offline, I don't know how to log in as administrator.

Any help appreciated.

I was attempting to get multi-site working but to no avail.

Thank God I found a way to back up the database.

Now I restored the database but I always get the error below when I try to just view the index. Is something broken in the database?
