Post installation

I've installed the calendar module and the view module and they work beautifully. I have one question. How do I adjust things so that if I click on a day in the future (say March 22) I will be able to add an entry for that day? Thanks.

I've got Drupal 4.6.3 and Postgres 8.x running under Red Hat Linux. My site was going along fine until the other day it became the "white screen of death". That's literally all you would see -- a blank screen. After some digging around I finally found a suggestion linked to the 0 user, so I made sure there was such a user in my "users" table and that at least brought back the theme. But now every link gives a 404, despite the fact that the content is still there in the database.

I am trting to create a new home page for organic groups within my site. The goal is to get a list of all of the nodes within that group, displayed in a table format and broken down / seperated by node type ie each node type would be listed seperatly.

I am having real trouble working out how to do this. I think that the way to do it is to create a view (starting from the og_ghp_ron view) include some fields then use the theme builder wizard and insert the code generated.

Anyone any ideas ?

I have a test site that has several hundred articles and over 100 files loaded on it. I have the file system set up as "private". I didn't realize the implications when I did it and now I want to set it back to public. Can I just delete all of the files from each page, change the setting to "public" and re-upload them and change the url?

Are there other things I should do or take into account?

I would like to be able to put in my mail server information into drupal for the mail functions to work. When drupal uses the windows SMTP service i get an unable to relay error. I'm not sure how to fix it with the windows service, but i know how to fix it if i can tell drupal where my mail server is. I downloaded the plugin for version 4.7 but of course it doesn't work for version 5.
