Any of you guys using the Barlow theme has been able to extend the left sidebar to the bottom of the page? I want to change its background colour but i am finding it extends only part of the way down the page. I did some searching on the Net and discovered that there are some issues with some browsers and divs. I was able to get the effect I wanted in IE but not Firefox (I use Firefox mainy). Can anyone help?
For the life of me I can't figure this out. We're trying to setup an Organic Groups setup, where we have the default group home page which shows the default "River of News" view.
But then we also want to have other views on the group which limit to only display specific content, for example a page for the group that only shows Events added to the group. Another page which only shows Stories added to the group, etc.
I can't figure this one out at all, I've looked into customizing the river_of_news view, but that doesnt' give me multiple pages.
I've recently been experiencing an issue in my Drupal 4.7.5 environment where I have the cache enabled for 6hrs. The issue is that the system messages always seem to be displaying to anonymous users. For example, when an anon. user makes a comment, there would be a system message saying something like, 'you have made a comment and it has been queued for administrative approval.'
Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Is it a theme issue? I am using PHPTemplate.
In the Views module and elsewhere where a list of nodes is generated, is there any way of having titles that begin with "A," "An," or "The" be alphabetized by the second word of their titles, as they should be? I'm getting big stacks of nodes with "The" as the first word, and they shouldn't be listed among the "T"s.
Any pointers or thoughts? I've searched the forums here and haven't come up with anything. Thanks.
I've installed the gsitemap module and I'm having trouble confirming that it's actually working. I do not see the sitemap being created at all on my root directory. First problem is that I did not use the HTML file verification method with Google--I used the "Add META tag" method instead (had done this before installing the gsitemap module). I have set "submit sitemap to Google when updated" and "Submit sitemap to Google on cron run."
