Post installation

Hi again (posting in the right place now),

Unless I'm logged in I get n/a displayed in a field that is set to full html. If I set it to the default html input the content displays properly. I could cope with it but for the fact that I've got a javascript trigger on an image that gets filtered out if it's not a full HTML field.

It seems that the content of the field is irrelevant - even with plain text it delivers n/a.

I don't know why or what to change in access control to make it work - none of the settings seem relevant.

Reading through the site quite a few modules are suggested to install, however some of them seem to be prior to V5. What would you suggest for a basic overall site including articles, blogs, users, roles, and calendar. What would you suggest be the 1st 5 modules I should download.

So, what I wanted to do was keep the user login from appearing, since the site I'm developing won't be membership-based. Well, I succeeded in that...

...and now I can't get back in. Isn't that amusing?

How do I get a login screen back? Is there a back door? Or do I need to modify the MySQL directly?

I am using Organic Group and have created 4 groups. I've added a forum under each group. I can stop people who are not a member of the group to see the group handbook and forum. But once they get into their own forum, they can go back to the main forum page, and then all the forums are visible whether they are a member or not. They can also post into forums that they don't belong. What have I done wrong?

Do I need a special organic group forum module? Not the forum module outside organic group?

I am not a programmer so I am trying to learn how to work this. Please help!

When i go to www.mydomain.com i get this error

Unable to select database

But when I go to mydomain.com without the www It works.

I have had tons of trouble with FCK - and just when I thought it was going to work, I enabled og and FCK went down the tubes again. IE can't open site.

Anybody found a way around THAT?
