Post installation

Hello, Drupal experts,

I am sure that I'm just not seeing something obvious, so a pointer in the right direction would be helpful.

Here's what I'm using that I think affects this issue:
Drupal 4.7
Categories module with all of its submodules installed and activated
Taxonomy (for the taxonomy wrapper in Categories)
Pathauto module installed and active; set to "Create a new alias, replacing the old one"
Clean URLs enabled

I installed voting API, installed voting module and than installed cre module. Everything seemed to be working. voting is visible. Now according to documentation, there should be "recomended nodes" option available under Admin->Blocks but there is no such block there. What am I missing ?

ok I was looking for my userprofile template and I cant find it I read somewhere its suppose to be in the theme folder I looked in ever directory couldnt find it any ideas on this?

Can anyone tell me where to find the templates in general i read the handbook but i am confused a bit thanks

As the title says.

Anonymous users with permissions to both view user profiles and access site wide contact forms get an "Access Denied" error message.

To which I got one reply, with a potential solution, that simply did not work.

Any help would be great. This has been going on for a month, and my clients are rather pissed that there is still no solution.

Please anybody who can help me, I'm willing to try anything right now.

How do I remove 'request password' from the front page?
