I have a curious issue with a Drupal 9 website. The body content disappears when a node is edited. How can I find out what the issue is?

So the new node is created and content is added to the body section of the node. On some occasion, not for every node of the same type, the body content disappears when the node is edited. So the editor shows no content in the body section. It is also not editable, so no content can be added to the body section. Once the node is then saved, the content is lost.

What could be the cause? I tried google, yet, didn't come across an answer

We just started receiving the following error when attempting to add a new content item: "Title cannot be longer than 70 characters but is currently 79 characters long." This happens regardless of the actual title length and the numbers in the error message are always the same, ie. the title "Test Title" returns that same error. This just started happening recently and the only change to the site that I can think of is a recent update from Drupal 7.97 to Drupal 7.98. Any ideas why this suddenly started happening?

I have read every post I can find regarding this error, but I can't seem to get it to work. I tried installing a version of PHP 7.4.x but composer requires PHP > 8.1, so that workaround was a fail. I have allowed all pdo extensions that exist in the php.ini file but that also didn't help. Every drush command I have attempted aside from version fails and produces this error.

I created a views block with social media icons. In the preview, the icons are displayed vertically one above the other, but when added to the Social Bar region, they appear in a horizontal arrangement and go outside the region width on the left and right sides.
It's strange that I can place this block anywhere in the theme at will, except in the region where it should belong.
Since this region rotates the content 90°, I also made my block in a horizontal arrangement, but here too I get the same result.
