Upgrading Drupal

Why?
Why drupal not support jalali date when there are people that needs for it and people that want work on this?
i`m see some projects that exist on the drupal site about jalali date,but no support those.
i need such module.
please support all people for develop drupal on the world.

I have a strange problem with upgrade and can't find any solution ;-(
Drupal 5 to Drupal 6 upgraded correctly. Everything works fine for user 1.
But all other users have NO permission except EDIT NODE.
All permission, roles etc. are set but not working at all for users uid > 1.
Navigation menu for those users includes only LOGOUT and MY ACCOUNT items.
Administration menu is absolutely empty only "drupal links" are shown.
Even new created user have no permission.
Content permissions were rebuild. No result.

I've updated CCK Security update: 6.x-2.8 but the "Security update required!" message does not go away on the report updates page. I've updated all the other moduels without any issues. (We're using Drupal for our intranet) What am I doing wrong?

Quick question.

I have been having a lot of issues installing 6.13 on an XP machine using XAMPP (http://drupal.org/node/550898). I have been chiseling away at the problem using numerous guides to no avail. I was, however, able to install 5.19 without any problems, as it was simply a XAMPP version / PHP issue.

I just installed Drupa 6.10 from my host. It looks like updating this thing is much more complex than just clicking update now in the admin control panel so instead of upgrading to 11 then 12 then to 13. Would it be better to just to a new install?

I updated my CAPTCHA module to 6.x-2.0-rc3, but after I updated it I got a user warning which reads:
user warning: Table 'amtclanc_drpl1.captcha_sessions' doesn't exist query: DELETE FROM captcha_sessions WHERE timestamp < 1251464035 in /home/amtclanc/public_html/modules/captcha/captcha.module on line 152.
What exactly do I have to edit on line 152?
