I had recently updated from drupal 4.5.0 to 4.6.0 and when i tried to change to a new theme it had reported the following error. I'm also attaching th admin log.
warning: call_user_func(phptemplate_templates): First argument is expected to be a valid callback in /home/altersec/public_html/comskys/modules/system.module on line 338.

I know this forum is designed to post upgrade problems, but I wanted to share my brief story as a note of encouragement.
I've been running a small drupal-based website for about a year and half. For better or for worse, it's been stuck on Drupal version 4.3.2 for most of that time. I was finally inspired to bite the bullet and attempt an upgrade to 4.6.1. I started out by reading the Upgrade forum and trying to learn as much as I could from previous upgrade experiences. To be honest, what I discovered was not very hopeful. There were many stories of failed upgrades or corrupted databases, and the whole process seemed very difficult. I looked for as many suggestions as I could find, crossed my fingers, and decided to proceed with it anyway.
The most helpful suggestion I found was to create a test website and database and perform the upgrade on that instead of the live website. Not only does it provide a way to experiment without risking your data, but it's also a good way to make sure your backups are working effectively. Other tips such as disabling all non-core modules and upgrading to each point release were also very useful. I took it slow and went from 4.3.2 -> 4.4.0 -> 4.5.0 -> 4.6.1. Unfortunately the theme I had been using was not compatible, but it worked out ok and I used the chance to clean things up with a new theme. After two evenings of work my website was finally migrated to the latest Drupal version, and thankfully without any major problems.
I just upgraded my Drupal installation from 4.6.0 to 4.6.1.
I then re-installed the i18n module. I patched the required files and... problem : the old patch doesn't seem to work with the two files that have been modified in this new release (common.inc and taxonomy.module).
The problem appears when clicking on the translation link.
The data is still there from old dailys and ones I have made since the upgrade. On the daily settings page is an error that I must pick a vocablary for the daliy to use. there is a drop down box to pick the term with but it will not show up, it just says "none" with no other choices. It will not see the old terms and I made a new one and made sure it was single and that I checked "daily" it will not show up either.
I searched but could not find an answer for this. Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Rick

Hello!
I have a problem. One my user posted a blog message, and her blog posting dissappeared. It's visible only in her user profile, but not on front page and not in her blog page.
In logs I saw that she was trying to find her posting, and when accessing it she see "access denied". When I edit the posting I saw that it's don't have checked the "Published" box. This is strange, becouse other users post blog messages without problems.
In phpmyadmin, whenever I select all the tables in my drupal database and perform a "Check table" on them, the whole list usually returns with Status OK, but at the bottom of the page I get a pile of error/warnings:
