This forum is for questions about upgrading an existing Drupal site. Don't forget to read the UPGRADE.txt file that comes with every Drupal download.

What specific file is considered the "configuration file"?

I found this in the UPGRADE.txt file in Drupal 5.0:

8. Verify the new configuration file to make sure it has the
latest and correct information.

Which file should I be checking?

Failure creating test site to upgrade

Am trying to create a test site, so I can upgrade from 4.6.3 to 4.7.5 offline...

Disabled modules, theme to bluemarine, created new DB, copied files over, changed settings.php to new db name and site, uploaded files...

Get the following error;

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: user_access() in /hsphere/local/home/wkwhitle/billwhitley.net/crbc/includes/common.inc on line 1921

jquery RC2 changes

jrating.module stopped working correctly with jquery.js shipped with RC2.
It works just fine with RC1. Substituting the new jquery.js file with the old
one fixes the problem. jquery.js file went through obfuscator, so I could not bebug further.

Advise sought: Drupal 4.6/CivicSpace to Drupal 5/CiviCRM v1.6

Greetings!
I'd like some advice on the best way to approach the update to an existing Drupal/CivicSpace site.

Current configuration:

  • CivicSpace v0.8.4 alpha 2 - (based on Drupal 4.6)
  • CiviCRM v1.4

Target configuration:

Upgraded and now my flickr badge is wonky

I updated my drupal today and everything went well, except for the flickr badge that I had coded in once upon a time is now just some links. I *remember* pasting it in, but for the LIFE of me I can't find what file it is in to either remove or fix it. I have been through my template and it isn't there. How did I add this originally??

My page is here, if you want to see what the problem is: http://hopeandmegan.com

Thanks!
