Drupal 8.x

As my users are uploading pictures, files and so on, I need Drupal to autogenerate a folder called like the username of the user and everything this same user upload would be save in that folder. 

For exemple: 

User123 create a profile, adds a profile picture (profile) and a PDF in a content type form. 

In my server: 

sites/default/files 

• User123
  • user-pict.png
  • notes.pdf                      

• User979
  • user-pict.png
  • notes.pdf                      

I want to install a new theme, but in the Appearance page, I only see 2 default installed themes without the possibility to install a new one.

I'm logged on as administrator.

I am new to CSS and Bootstrap, Kindly bear with me

I have two View Blocks using the display suite view mode of a content type to display as blocks. In Bootstrap Highlight SECTION.

I placed them one after another,  I assumed they will automatically line up in one horizontal row. As the width of First Row is col-sm-6

The next block's width is col-sm-3

but they don't get placed in same horizontal row.

I installed drupal 8 (new install) and now the admin section is very slow (4-5 secs waiting). what can I do to spead it up?

Why is there no .htaccess file in the  8.6.10 .zip installation files? 
I installed from a cpanel script to get the D8 file and then all was good.

But where is it?

Hello everyone, 

I update my website on drupal 8.6.10 but now I have a problem

Impossible to add new block "Structure /Page / Variants / Content " I press on button " add new block" but nothing happens and I can't edit or delete an existing module from Variants / Content.

Do you have any idea from where the problem come ?
