How we migrate a Wordpress Post type to Content Type in Drupal?

installing Drupal 8.8.1 on ionos in germany doesn't work

Hello, 

I created a custom block. 

Then renamed the block title but the block still has the previous machine name. 

How can I change the machine name of the block? When I go to configure block page, there is no option to edit the machine name.
