Drupal 8.x

This past week I migrated a site from D7 to D8.

Any nodes created before this appear to work as expected with the More Like This block (in that the block lists truly similar content).

However, this is not the case for any content created since the migration.

In this case the block only lists other content which has been created since the migration (and which has extremely little similarity apart from the post date).

This pattern of behaviour of the MLT block is consistent: old content works fine, new content doesn't.

I have reindexed many, many times.

I then  tried to install phpoffice/phpspreadsheet.

Drupal seems to block account creation with email of type aaa@bbb.ccc.dd

--> Is there any config/ways to be able to authorize this kind of email in default email field ?
