Drupal 8.x

I am trying to change the font size of the teaser box. please see the screenshot at this link: screenshot

I did inspect the item and found the code to be

.node--view-mode-mt-teaser-tile .node__title { font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.2;

I added the codes above to the local-theme.css at \themes\custom\baseplus\css\theme\ also in the local-fonts.css

It is not working for me. Can someone please send me the correct code to change that specific font size.

Searched for an easy solution, guessing it will take some custom code. But hoping there is an easy feature I am overlooking.

Running drupal 8.

I have a view that we use as a fulfillment page to show one type of content(orders) that are created by the users(customers) of the site but with many fields added showing us extra information about the user(author of content) and the order in table format (grouping fields).

I am simply trying to add another field that I can put into the grouping fields section that shows:

I am having a drupal application to connects to database in a diffrent server. The database had some issues but we managed to restore it. When trying to access the application it pops up the drupal installation dialog. I haven't changed the database connection details in setting.php file. What could be the issue?

I need to implement one of the following options, if possible:
A) Make the BUY button only send an email or...
B) When processing the cart items, only an email to be sent about the purchased items.

I don't need a real credit card purchase on the site, once we get the email we can process the items manually.
This is for an organization that don't sell items but gives them away.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
