Looking to create a client portal where they interactively order

Hello!

I'm new to Drupal and looking to find out how easy/ straightforward it would be to create a portal like website where the client would have their own login & can go in and view different tabs, and select different options/ products that would then be managed in an interactive order that they can continue to edit/ amend over months and create their own invoice by doing so. 

That we/ website admin can view multiple all their clients and 'current' invoices/ order requests?

clickable google map inside a quiz/form

In the past I once made in Drupal a form in which people would click on a map (google maps) to select their location and then there was this public map in which you could see all of the user's locations. I don't remember exactly how I did it (long time ago), and some of the modules I used are outdated. So, do you know if these is easy to do? What plugins would you recommend me?

(The ability of the user being able to also draw a polygon on the map would be neat, but not required)

Multiple books

For an intranet project I need to know if it's possible to have multiple  books. I also need to archive books and restrict the access for some users. Is this possible?
