There has been some discussion in the past of which text editor to use with Drupal. On our site (http://www.creditimobiliar.ro) we currently use TinyMCE and I find myself disabling the editor most of the times I post so I here's another option (maybe - will be testing tomorrow).
Hello,
How to create static pages without anything else on the side (no blogs, no community, no comments). Currently, I created one page for test but it puts lots of things like - Create menu, my account etc on the left side panel. Also, it puts the following comments on the left side of the page.

How do I get rid of all the things on the side?? I just want the website page and nothing else. How do I do this??
I have two years' worth of info that is too good not to use in a new site that is being built. I know I can back date nodes by changing the date in the author information fields. But, does anyone know if search engines dislike this? Especially Google?
The intention is not to trick the search engines, but to use information that still has a value. Also, it is easier and more affordable for the non-profit to have historical info on their site rather than print it out for distribution.
