I have a problem with my session. I use session to keep track of user login. So every about 10 or 20 minutes, it always logs my users off, and requires them to log in again. I think that because of the session. I have tried many ways to make my session timeout longer, but I fail.

I hope some of you can help me with this.
And sorry if I post in the wrong place.

Why should members of a site trust the results of polls?

After all, the administrator is not a disinterested party and could easily tamper with the database.

One possible solution would be to have the voting module to save the results of polls in separate distinct databases. For instance, one's hosting company could host a second database that only the hosting company would have access to. They could then act as the "disinterested third party" and verify voting results.

I've spent the last couple of days chatting with some of the core Drupal developers and reading up on the GPL licensing agreement that covers Drupal. There's been some confusion about what it means, exactly, and how it affects those of us who use Drupal in work for clients.

My words are not canon, and anyone is free to correct me if I am factually incorrect...

I posted this originally on the Temp FlexiMAX support thread a few days ago. Thus far no one has been able to help me with my issue. So I hope starting a new thread (I hope it's in the right section) will bring more views and therefore some help :)

I would love to use FlexiMAX for the site I am currently building. But I am having some of the same issues that others have had. The host I use has PHP 5 and while running the standard Flexinode module I never got the array_merge and implode warnings in the Settings -> Flexinode page. When I upgraded to FlexiMAX I did get those errors. Updating the module via the instructions on this page fixed that error. However it is still not working like it should (I think). I am trying to create a node type that contains these fields...

FlexiMAX Teaser:
Image
Text Area (named teaser)

FlexiMAX Node:
Image (same as in teaser)
Text Area (named information)

It seems to work but when I go to the edit content type page it only lists the text area content type on the node section and NOT the image type as well, like it should be. When I view a node created with this node type the picture shows up like it should in the teaser. But it does not show up in the node view:(
