When paging.module was off, all of my page html tags were working correctly (< center>< /center>, < h2>< /h2>, etc...) but as soon as I turned on the paging.module, all of my html tags were disappeared (failed to work). Is there any fix for this?

The ability to do phrase searches is standard web convention. Drupal's search feature is the only one I have seen in years that won't search by phrases. Most site visitors expect to be able to search sites this way - I think it should be somewhere on the priority list, and am curious why it was never implemented.

I found a post in the "issues" section where someone else raised this issue a year ago. It was marked "won't fix" with the short answer that it "won't happen".

I am keen to encourage the use of the forum on a Drupal site. I know the current forum module does not containt features like thread subscription, and wondered what people though the best options for implementing a really good forum are? Are there any patches available to add extra common functionality? I notice the UIEForum module looks very comprehensive. Can anyone comment on this?

I have just installed the latest version of 4.7 and like what I see. I decided to go with 4.7 to minimize upgrade issue later. One thing however, what is the "Referenced By" display in the user profile page. Currently mine says "u u"? Is this a bug in the latest CVS? Oh, and also in the edit screen it say "r" -> account settings. Another bug?
