I am trying to install gallery in a subdirectory of my drupal's directory but it doesn't work. My drupal is located at host.com/ and then I created host.com/gallery but when I try to browse there drupal takes over and thinks it's a node. How do I get around this? Thanks.
Hello
I have developed a number of websites and have experience in HTML CSS JavaScript/DOM. I want to create a site for tread persons to advertise. I would like to give them one page of space for free and for them to be easily able to upload images and text. I intend to use this as an opportunity to learn php and mysql but first I want to get up a site that is usable with out any php and mysql knowledge and then after I have the core site set up edit the php as needed. Is this possible with drupal?

Which would you all recommend going with? My 4.6.5 crashed horrendously and I can't find a fix for it. There is a thread about it here: http://drupal.org/node/53188
I am probably just going to dump everything and start over. Don't want too, but them's the breaks I guess. So here's my question.
4.6.5 or move to the most recent beta 4.7? Thoughts and suggestions and discussion shall commence!
Just saying that drupal would be perfect if There was a administration desktop application! Where you can create users and manage stuff on your desktop!
