I've drupal 4.7 installed. How can I enable for Anonymus users that they can able to send a comment to the storys?

I want to sort the terms submit by typing on Free tagging...so on the taxonomy appear in the same sort that i have typied them.

I am very newbie to drupal cms..I want to know how to create a php page in drupal with user tracking...
i.e if the user is already logged in then he will post a some price details(using form-may be a product) in a page,and I want to add the details to new dbtable in drupal cms.if the user is not logged in,then i want to display the drupal login for inorder to post the price details.

In Overall I want to make use of the my drupal cms users to post the price details...

I dont know how to implement this.. I know php basics..

Google just lauched their beta Google Trends site. It may interest some people to see the relative growth of Drupal. Unfortunate, there's no markers or numbers, so its hard to quantify what the graphs actually mean.

Pardon me folks, but I'm new to CMS. Though I'm not a programmer or developer I have volunteered to build a website for my community which would have forums, discussions, classifieds, personals, chat and other such features. Drupal and Typo3 are what some of the CMS Select websites gave me.

Inorder to keep the community website free I would need to insert ads all over the place.

Questions if the gurus here could find the time to let me know about what they think:

Has anybody tried to get the karma module working in 4.7? (It's only available through cvs.) Comment moderation is missing from 4.7 and the only thing that I could find that was similar to it was the karma module.

Besides a problem with the karma.css file the only other problem I am running into is that trusted users can't set the comment viewing option to hide low-rated comments. It sets itself back to showing low-rated comments no matter what is submitted. Untrusted users have low-rated comments hidden, though.
