I just published a post under the upgrading drupal section. But we I view it, it has a Detected as spam at the top and I could not see it here: https://www.drupal.org/forum/support/upgrading-drupal

Wouldn't a #3520931: Drupal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) recipe be great?

While many people will view my site on desktops, I expect most will use smartphones. Can anyone recommend the best theme to make my site responsive to all screen sizes? I know everyone will have their opinions and preferences, but what have you guys found from experience?

I will create my own subtheme. 

I plan to stack everything vertically, with no sidebars, to make responsiveness easier.

i will use a few side-by-side blocks, but I want them to stack vertically on smaller screens. 

There's a parallel support channel on Slack, apparently the only support option currently listed in Drupal.org's main menu. Where can I learn the process that led to that decision?
