Hi Team,
Need a help to implement a functionality with Elasticsearch(ES) in Drupal 8.
I have configured ES search in Drupal 8 with the help of "elasticsearch_connector" and "search_api" module.
And display the index result set with the help of "Views".
Now I have below requirement for Search Highlights;
If user search the particular text in search field (Drupal views: Search: Fulltext search). The searched text need to be highlight in the result set.
Slightly ranty, but was this aimed at site admins?
I've always assumed this was the project maintainers role to monitor and report, but 3 years with a critical security hole in Mailchimp library is super poor!
And if site admins are meant to, how the f would they even know where to monitor 3rd party libraries now!?
Hi all,
I have a question for more experienced people creating Drupal websites within a 'specialized' organization.
I have been making Drupal websites for almost a decade now, and by that I mean that I am primarily a 'themer' (CSS) and a 'builder' (using the UI/frontend) to create the website that my superiors and project managers want.
Hello Community, I have a question about Best Practice Site Building today. After a discussion about Best Practice Site Building with panels, paragraphs or writing my own templates I'm curious what the community will say. Drupal offers a lot of site building possibilities like views, panels, paragraphs, just to name a few. I mostly work with panels, write my templates and widgets that I can use again and again. How do you proceed and what is Best Practice? Of course one or the other module is better suited for landing pages or lists.
So I have been a user of Wordpress since 2006 when I started getting into building websites.
Honestly, I am not very technical and Wordpress just makes things very easy for me with their plugins and themes and the whole click and point interface. And of course I just know the system.
I'm trying to figure out if I should make the switch to Drupal or not as it would probably be a pretty good learning curve for me.
