How can I order content manually ? Is there any module ?

I can't reach my website because drupal has blocked my computer from exiting this site... I have contacted the host of my website and they can access my website through my login and they helped me by removing this "blocking" of my computer (they go Configuration/IP-adress blocking). But somehow it happened again, without me doing anything, and I called the support of my website again and they removed the blocking again, but then it happened again!

How do I load the block title in node.tpl.php?
I can get the content using:

 $block = module_invoke('views', 'block_view', 'name-block_1');	
				print render($block['content']);

and I've tried print render($block['title']); and print render($block['header']); but I can't work out what I should be calling in the array to get the title.

I needs urgent Help

I needs to theme the Profile 2 Edit form to be themed.

I having 2 Profile types. Students / Student Leaders.

In Student Leader Edit form, i needs to have all the fields available in Students. It should be single page Edit form.

This appears on content pages that are editable. Several times on each one...is there anyway to disable them all together?
