Drupal 7.x

Hello everyone, 

I'm new to the Drupal's community so please excuse me if I ask some stupid questions. 

I want to create a website which will have for main purpose to translate words or sentences. As I have some basics in web dev (CSS, HTML and some PHP/MySQL) i wanted to try Drupal. 

My main question is : Does Drupal is a good tool to build a translation website ? How can i manage the database where my words will be stored ? In my OVH database ? In the database included in modules ? 

OK, I'm new and this is my first post, so please bear with me...

I took over a Drupal site and I've been editing content. This hasn't been an issue, except for one 'form' or 'frame' that I can't seem to edit. I can see it, but seemingly have no access to it...

I am having problems with Drupal 7 multisite. Drupal is messing up one site to another, like theme, logo, name site and front page. I think maybe there is a cache issue or sites.php configuration problem.

I am mounting 3 sites: licitacao.online; d7.linguagemclipper.com.br (which I have a Drupal 6 linguagemclipper.com.br willing to upgrade) and d7.numerabilis.cnt.br (which is a existing site I´ll move to Drupal). 

I had no success in making a migration for a year, so I decided to install a brand new Drupal 7 and copy the pages contents to there.

i have a view that display bunch of tasks. The task is a content type, one of its field is a reference to taxonomy called theme. The taxonomy theme has a field that reference to another taxonomy named subarea. The subarea taxonomy has field contains a color. I want to change the background of the view title as the color of the subarea. Because i am a beginner i don't know how to achieve that. i could only start by override my view template. But i couldn't load taxonomy term.

Has anyone got paypal ipn working with the latest 7.x version of ubercart. I am getting the following error on orders

An IPN transaction failed verification for this order

Not sure how to even go about debugging this.

I have turned on ipn in paypal settings and set the url to www.mysite.com/uc_paypal/ipn but failing every time.

I have tried with just my domain name as the url, I have looked at logs and just says error with no more info.

I am using a Drupal 7 theme for one of my website. I have created users to content As we keep on adding content, it is becoming difficult to handle the search of the published content in the admin content area. Now I have the following two questions.

1. How to search the content from within admin by typing a keyword?
2. How to sort content based on the users I created?

Any clue please on how to handle this issue?
