Drupal 7.x

I am installing Drupal 7.56 in my local environment. It encountered an error, but however am allowed to move forward for the installation; but am not able to configure my site entering user root/admin details like username, password, email, etc it gave me link 1 error.

After a while, tried to delete the database and files and restructured the host name in local; on second attempt it gave me the link 2 error.

Why is there a # at the end of url on my sites?

Does this interfere with anything?

I need to print some very big structures. Now i'm using print_r like this:

file_put_contents('myfile.txt', print_r($var, TRUE)."\n\n\n", FILE_APPEND | LOCK_EX);

but it is very annoying to follow it.

Is there a way to make kint to print to file, which i can then open in new browser.

I need this because in some functions any output to browser breaks the ajax.

Hi all been chasing this for a week. Permissions are set to 775  for (default) and (files) image uploads fine. in imce and ckeditor but wont display.

I'm new to drupal.

My site is site Frequently  can’t be reached.

I checked my MySQL database and Process Explorer via Microsoft Sysinternal.

They are doing fine. 

CPU utilization is 1.5%-3%

RAM utilization is 28% out of 12GB

PHP memory_limit = 256 MB

By the way, I'm running Apache V 2.4.23 Win32 and PHP V5.38 32bit.

Please help me pin point of what to look for because all of components are up, but site can't reached.

Is this possible?

I'm looking at things in the webform form builder like: rows, columns, wrapper css classes, css classes... I dunno.

Any help would be appreciated.
