Add HTML tags in node titles

Hi. I need to put html tags in my node's title. Specifically some <span lang> attributes for screen readers. I don't find any documentation about that for drupal 7. Any clues? Thanks in advance.

Hi! I'm trying to build a section of pages which opens the first node in a list. I'll elaborate.

I have a Drupal page which contains a list of nodes (we'll say 4 latest posts) on /news/stories. Here's a list of my latest stories:

"Food is Delicious"
"Programming is Fun"
"Designing Stuff is Cool"
"Yes to Code!"
