Drupal 7.x

I found a few topics which use the first part of my title, but not the last. This error is occurring when attempting to delete a user and his content. I use Cleantalk on Drupal V 7.89. The last time I update Cleantalk, it ceased to do what it is supposed to do and my site got infested with a lot of spam accounts. On all other users, I am able to delete them just fine. But I have one user that I am not able to delete and when I try, it results in the following error message posted below. Any help in pointing me to where to look is much appreciated.

If I'm not mistaken, our Business is running Drupal Core 7.82 and uses Webform7.x - 4.21 to create forms. We've seen that adding an "upload file" component (for pictures) generates two buttons to upload files and we'de like to get rid of one of them because it's throwing an error to the User:

"An error occurred while attempting to process /file/ajax/submitted/foto_resguardo_de_apuesta/form-hmLYFVfMegwvloRO_wDRMjExG-KlIt4JBd4Bj9Kq13Q: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')"

Using: Drupal7.90 

Suddenly I can't clear the recent log messages. I see the link "Clear log messages", but it is not active.
Strange is that this is only the case when using Edge and Chrome, not when using Opera (browsers are on the same PC with Windows10). 

Also on my Ipad (Safari) everything is ok.
What could be wrong? What can I do about it? Who helps me in a right direction to solve?

I am trying to set up drupal on one of my websites. And part of the process involves giving a database name, database username and database passowrd. I assume I need to do that beforehand. Am I right?  Do I need to create that on the control panel of my web hosting site?
