My web is hacked everyday, help please

Hello:

My web is hacked every day. I updated the last Drupal core 7.59 and update all modules that give me vulnerabilities. But I don't know how to stop this intrusion. Every day, my index.php is changed and all these archives are added to my web:

D7 Site With Amazing Bugs

I believe that I have an error message coming from core that I myself am not able to trace or repair.  However, I think that it is indicative of a deeper problem as my  drupal 7 site is just overall behaving weirdly.  This might be several problems or one big problem that I don't understand.

1.)  Whenever I make any piece of new content I instantly receive the error message below (6 pieces of content):

http to https (htaccess)

Hi,

I've searched around and it seems like everyone needs to configure this differently depending on their needs.

I need to force all traffic to https, both www and bare/base domain only in my production environment. I'm hosted on Acquia and I've inherited the site, so I'm not exactly sure what some of the things in the htaccess are doing. We only have SSL on prod, so I can't test the effectiveness of this in dev, and some of the acquia specific rules don't test well in the free htaccess testers. This is also my first attempt at changing a htaccess file.
