Can someone tell me why I get this error message and how I can resolve it?
This may have happened after an update, but I am not sure?

Content type 1 has a field(select list) named Blah with the following values: A, B, C, D, E.
Content type 2 has a field(select list) named Bleh with the following values: F, G, H, I, J.
Content type 3 has a field(select list) named Blih with the following values: K, L, M, N, O.
The three content types have a date field in common.
In my site it was not required to add color to text or change its size, but now we want to add formatting to our posts.
So I tried to configure CKEditor's Toolbar to add text formatting options, and after I added that, I see no changes in my CKEditor, new options weren't added.
I have spent many hours twiddling it using an online HTML editor to no avail. I want the height of the tables to be much shorter to avoid having to scroll. Maybe I can accomplish the end result with CSS? This represents a hardware rack that I will be merging cells of different numbers to represent a piece of hardware.
I added a class called "racktable" for you CSS whiz's to mess with.
