The Directorate General for Higher Education (Direção-Geral do Ensino Superior/DGES) is a public organism under direct state administration and is subjected to the direction of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education (Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Educação Superior) whose mission is to ensure the creation, execution and coordination of policies that belong to that ministry.
Has anyone noticed that Chrome is not displaying "HTTP://www." for any site? The only way I see it [now] is if I click on the URL twice. Yesterday it was being displayed. Today, it's not. My base URL is set with "http://www." and my .htaccess is set to force use of "www.", but still it's not displaying. No problem with Firefox or IE. I'd like to know if Chrome made a change with this. Can't find anything searching DDG.
I have a Drupal 7 Quiz site that I've put a lot of effort into, and which is generating a lot of hits. I'd like to try and monetize that and am looking at several options.
At the bottom are some of the ways I have been looking at to implement paid access in Drupal and I would welcome any advice on which to follow.
Context
I have created my site myself and am not a PHP developer, although I do work in IT and 20 years ago used to be a coder (in informix 4gl and SAP ABAP).
I'd like to use Rules to transfer content between users. But I need the user who will transfer the content to another user to have the choice of which user wants to transfer the content. I tried using Flag and using Rules to create a rule that would allow that. But when I create an action, I must specify a target user. But the target user must select the user who wants to convert.
Do you have a tip on how to do this?
