Drupal 7.x

Hello,

For years I have manually updated Drupal wthout any problems. Now suddenly I notice the message: 

'Updates of Drupal core are not supported at this time.'

Is this new or should I have oticed this before? Anyway, what to do now? I need to update from 7.84-7.98.

I added the new contact form field into .../modules/contact/contact.pages.inc, then I defined the this checkbox field in .../sites/all/translations/drupal-7.59.ro.po, but doesn't work. The website shows the variable which i defined in contact.page.inc:

  $form['gdpr'] = array(
    '#type' => 'checkbox',
    '#title' => t('Accept terms and conditions'),
    '#required' => TRUE,
  );

What can I do to translate the "Accept terms and conditions" field?

I'm trying to remove the Progress Bar in our webform but no luck. I have unchecked everything under Progress Bar and it's still showing. Deleted all cache as well. Any ideas?

I want our webform to send an email to our lead person when someone submits our form but my settings show no place to add an email/handler, no tabs, only where an email is coming from. Any ideas?

The `SYSTEM` table was deprecated in MYSQL 8.0.

'SYSTEM` table used in _OAUTH_COMMON_VERSION (OAUTH_COMMON.MODULE) in DRUPAL OAUTH 1.0.

Please help me what is the alternative way.
