Is there a module that stops new people registering to become a blog member?

I have a type of content called students, the teacher users must enter the platform and in the attendance part all the students who are enrolled with them in the subject will be listed together with two attendance checkboxes YES or NO and that assistance must be saved

Hello, Is this the right forum if I want to pay someone to troubleshoot a site?

I built this D7 site many years ago for a tiny non-profit I volunteer at: http://projectharambee.org and I continue to host it for them. 

Now it throws fatal errors, as you can see and this happened suddenly. I was had not changed anything. I used Drush to update everything. Core is 7.69. 

I stopped being involved in Drupal several years ago. 

I'd like to install multiple Drupal sites in multiple sub-directories but I want to route all requests through a single PHP file prior to reaching the intended site that the visitors request.

Let's say I have 3 websites:

1. foobar1.com
2. foobar2.com
3. foobar3.com
4. mainsite.com
5. test.mainsite.com
